Mountain Vista Music Ministry

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. (Colossians 3:16)

Music in an integral and vital part of the worship experience and in the ministry of the church. The music at Mountain Vista includes an eclectic blend of praise and traditional, solo and ensemble as we express our worship of the Lord with a Joyful Noise. Opportunities for ministry through music are plentiful.

The Mountain Vista Chancel Choir, directed by Anne Applegate, sings during the Traditional service at 8:15 a.m. and rehearses on Thursday evenings at 7:00. Everyone is invited to join and make a joyful sound unto the Lord. Experience not necessary, reading music not necessary, willingness to have fun is necessary.
